I found this beautiful 5 piece tea set and I could not wait to give it a shabby makeover. First I primed it and then painted it a soft white. This is when I love to put on delicate pink roses - Some are very sweet petite roses. I added light greenery and sealed it for protection. It can be used - the inside is left untouched. Clean carefully with a damp cloth and dry. This romantic tea set would make a lovely presence in any cottage, shabby, victorian or beachy decor.
